Data Handling

We collect only the data required to operate your account and process transactions via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe. Your data is stored on encrypted servers and is never sold to third-party marketing firms.

Cookie Policy

Cookies on easygo.im track session activity and payment flow to prevent errors during checkout. You can adjust cookie preferences in your browser settings; disabling them may affect wallet and lobby functionality.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available on all accounts and strongly encouraged. If we detect unusual login behaviour — such as a new device or unfamiliar IP — we will temporarily lock the account and contact you by email.

Record Retention

Transaction records, including all UPI and PhonePe payment references, are retained for a minimum of five years to meet financial compliance requirements. You may request a statement of your account history at any time.

Your Right to Request Changes

You can request correction of inaccurate personal data or deletion of your account at any time through the help centre. We process such requests within 14 working days and confirm completion by email.

By creating an account, you confirm you are eligible under local law in your region of India, that all information you provide is accurate, and that you accept the full terms and conditions as published on easygo.im at the time of registration.

We can update these terms but will notify you at your registered email address before any change takes effect. If you continue using your account after the notice period, that counts as acceptance. You may close your account if you do not agree.

Pending deposits are returned to the originating UPI ID or Paytm wallet within 3-5 business days of a suspension decision. Any balance already credited to your account at the time of suspension is held and reviewed before release.

Contact our support team by email with your account ID, the transaction reference, and a brief description of the issue. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve the dispute within 10 business days under the process set out in these terms.

Yes. Access to specific features depends on local law in your state. Where a particular activity is restricted under state-level regulation in India, that restriction applies regardless of what these general terms say about it.

Submit a data access request through the help centre or by emailing our compliance team with your account ID. We will provide a full data export within 14 working days, covering account activity, payment records, and stored personal details.

Providing false identity documents, attempting to circumvent payment rules, or engaging in activity that violates applicable law in India can result in permanent closure. We notify you by email and detail the specific clause that led to the decision.
