Our chat agents are available around the clock and can escalate policy questions to our compliance desk. Have your account ID ready so we can verify your identity quickly.

Formal Written Request

For data-erasure or data-access requests that require written confirmation, contact us through the in-account help centre and select the Legal category to ensure correct routing.

HOW WE HANDLE YOUR DATA

Open Your Account Knowing How We Protect It

We collect only what we need to run your account securely and process your transactions through UPI, Paytm or PhonePe.

Data We Collect

We collect your registration details, transaction records and device identifiers. We do not collect payment credentials directly — UPI, Paytm and PhonePe handle those on their own encrypted infrastructure so your banking details never pass through our servers.

Cookie Use

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand which parts of the lobby you visit most. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time without losing your account access.

Account Security

Your account is protected by password hashing, two-factor verification at login and session timeout after a period of inactivity. Any change to your registered email or mobile number triggers a verification step before it takes effect.

Data Retention

We retain transaction records for the period required by applicable financial regulations. Account data is held while your account remains active and for a defined period after closure to meet our legal obligations under Indian law.

Who to Contact for Data Requests

To request a copy of your data, ask for corrections or request deletion where legally permissible, use the Legal category in our in-account help centre. We will confirm receipt with a ticket number and respond within five business days.

Requesting Policy Changes

If you believe a term in our policy has been applied incorrectly to your account, submit a written dispute via email or the help centre. Our compliance desk reviews each case individually and issues a written decision.

Check What Our Legal Terms Mean for You

These are the questions we receive most often about our Terms, Privacy Policy and account rights. If your question is not covered here, reach out through the support channels listed above and we will get back to you within one business day.

Your account agreement is governed by the terms stated in our Terms of Use, read in conjunction with applicable Indian law. Where mandatory Indian legal provisions apply, they take precedence over any conflicting clause in our Terms.

Access depends on local law and is available only where permitted in your specific state or territory. We recommend checking whether online gaming is permitted where you are located before opening an account.

We store your name, email address, mobile number, account activity logs and transaction records. We do not store your UPI handle credentials, Paytm wallet PIN or PhonePe authentication details — those remain with the respective payment provider.

Log into your account, go to the help centre and select the Legal category. Submit a data-access request and we will send you a structured copy of the data we hold within five business days of verifying your identity.

We retain your data for the period required by applicable financial and regulatory rules following account closure. Once that mandatory retention window closes, personal data that is no longer needed is deleted from our active systems.

You can request deletion of data that we are not legally required to retain. Submit a written deletion request through the Legal category in the help centre. We will confirm what can be deleted and action it within the timeframe specified in our Privacy Policy.

Raise a formal written dispute by email or through the help centre's Legal category. Our compliance desk will review the specific application of the term to your case and issue a written decision, typically within five business days.
